Terms of Service

1. Nature of the Service

DeployRD provides automated deployment, orchestration, and hosting for RustDesk Server Pro infrastructure. We operate as a "Blind Infrastructure Provider". We do not provide software licenses, nor do we have access, visibility, or control over the data, endpoints, or sessions transmitted through your managed RustDesk instance.

2. Bring Your Own License (BYOL)

Our service does NOT include a RustDesk Server Pro license. You are entirely responsible for acquiring, managing, and complying with the license terms set by the creators of RustDesk (Purslane Tech Pte. Ltd.). DeployRD is an independent service and is not affiliated with, authorized, or sponsored by RustDesk.

3. Acceptable Use and Anti-Scam Policy

Remote desktop tools are frequently targeted for malicious use. Under no circumstances may our infrastructure be used for fraudulent activities, "Tech Support Scams", hacking, unauthorized access, or any illegal acts. If we receive abuse reports associated with your assigned IP, or detect malicious use, your account and infrastructure will be immediately terminated without a refund, and data permanently wiped.

4. Refunds and Subscriptions

DeployRD offers a single, simple subscription billed monthly or annually. You may cancel your renewal at any time. We abide by our 15-Day Refund Policy: if you are not satisfied within the first 15 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund.

5. Limitation of Liability and Data Loss

While we strive for high uptime, we provide the service "AS IS". We are not liable for any lost profits, lost savings, or incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of infraestructure failure. Because we are a Zero-Access provider, we DO NOT backup your internal RustDesk databases. Upon subscription cancellation or non-payment, the server and all its internal data are irrevocably wiped and destroyed.
