Blind Infrastructure Provider

At DeployRD, our core principle is Zero-Access Privacy. As a "blind infrastructure provider", we orchestrate the servers but we intentionally have absolutely no access to the operational data inside them.

1. RustDesk License and Connection Data

We do NOT request, require, or have access to your purchased RustDesk Server Pro license. You will input your license key directly inside the dashboard of your newly orchestrated server upon first login.

We have zero access to your network traffic, connection metadata, or session histories. The infrastructure is entirely yours, running securely.

2. Data We Collect for Subscription

We only collect the absolute minimum data required to manage your orchestration billing subscription:

• Company Name
• Administrator Email Address
• Payment information (processed securely via our trusted payment gateway, which we do not store directly)

This information is used strictly for billing, sending you the credentials to your new infrastructure, and essential service communications.

3. Transparency and Analytics

To understand traffic on our main website (deployrd.com), we use Umami, a privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics tool that complies with GDPR and LGPD. We do not track or fingerprint individual users.

4. Your Rights

Since we do not store or access your RustDesk connection data, we cannot export or delete it for you. You are the sole controller of that data within your isolated server setup. However, you can request the deletion of your billing account and email from our systems at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
